WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We understand that it is difficult to buy clothing and swimwear online so we advise best to refer to our size guide. If you still have concerns regarding sizing please get in touch via info@wolfeandordnance.com with your bust and waist measurements and product style. We will be happy to offer further advice.

We ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, Asia Pacific, UK & Selected European Countries using Australia Post Pack & Track International or DHL Express. Plus more, please email info@wolfeandordnance.com for the full list.

WHAT IS CLICK AND COLLECT?

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase free from our James Street store. All click and collect orders are ready in store within 30mins.

 

WHERE DO I ENTER THE DISCOUNT CODE?

Once you have added products to you cart and proceed to checkout you will see a discount code on the side tab where you will be able to apply your discount code.

 

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

Sale items are final sale, and will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note. 

 


WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

At Wolfe and Ordnance we want you to be completely in love with your new purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange for a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund please email us at info@wolfeandordnance.com so we can resolve any problems.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Please contact info@wolfeandordnance.com with your return query so that our returns team can advise a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number) and arrange for your exchange/refund/credit to be processed as soon as possible.

Wolfe and Ordnance does not cover the return postage costs — this cost is at your own expense.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM? 

If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty product please get in touch with us via info@wolfeandordnance.com. Please outline your concern, product description and faulty information. If you could also provide photo evidence of the fault as this would assist customer service in resolving your issue in a timely manner.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR SWIMWEAR?

Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of underwear, lingerie and swimwear. Return of these items must be in an unused condition with all swing tags and hygiene stickers attached to be considered for refund, exchange or credit note. Worn underwear, lingerie and swimwear are not refundable.

For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments.

If the item appears to have been worn or washed in anyway the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

 

HOW LONG DOES A GIFT VOUCHER OR CREDIT NOTE LAST?

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date. Credit notes are valid up to 6 months from the issue date. Online credit notes and gift vouchers can be used both online and instore. Please note that gift vouchers and credit notes are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Any items purchased using a gift voucher will be refunded as a voucher. If you’d like an extension, please call or email us and we may be able to provide an extension.

 

PRE ORDERS

Upon placing your pre order, you will be required to pay the total amount due, including shipping fees. Please be aware that because of the 'PRE-ORDER' nature of such transactions, you should expect a delay, between the date you place your order and the date the product is ready for shipment. Wolfe and Ordnance cannot guarantee an exact date of arrival, we can only give you an estimate. Please note that due to most items arriving from overseas there is often a hold up and this is why we cannot provide you with an exact date of arrival.
