  • WHERE DO I ENTER THE DISCOUNT CODE? Once you have added products to you cart and proceed to checkout you will see a discount code on the side tab where you will be able to apply your discount code.
  • CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM? We will only accept refunds for full priced clothing items. We do not offer returns or exchanges for Sale items. All sale items are considered final sale. Items purchased during a promotion where a discount code is provided can be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 7 days of receiving your purchase. 
  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? We understand that sometimes, the order you’ve made simply doesn’t work for you. We’re here to help! Please reach out to info@wolfeandordnance.com for any returns inquiries and we will do our best to help. If you are eligible for a return, you will be issued a RETURN AUTHORITY. We will happily provide a refund on full priced clothing within 7 days (Australian orders) and 14 days (International orders) of receiving your order, purchased via Paypal or Credit Card.   • HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM? Please contact info@wolfeandordnance.com with your return query so that our returns team can advise a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number) and arrange for your exchange/refund/credit to be processed as soon as possible.   • WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM? If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty product please get in touch with us via info@wolfeandordnance.com. Please outline your concern, product description and faulty information. If you could also provide photo evidence of the fault as this would assist customer service in resolving your issue in a timely manner.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR SWIMWEAR? Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of underwear, lingerie and swimwear.
  • HOW LONG DOES A GIFT VOUCHER OR CREDIT NOTE LAST? Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the issue date. Credit notes are valid up to 3 months from the issue date. Please note that gift vouchers and credit notes are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Any items purchased using a gift voucher will be refunded as a voucher. If you’d like an extension, please call or email us and we may be able to provide an extension.
  • PRE ORDERS? Upon placing your pre order, you will be required to pay the total amount due, including shipping fees. Please be aware that because of the 'PRE-ORDER' nature of such transactions, you should expect a delay, between the date you place your order and the date the product is ready for shipment. Wolfe and Ordnance cannot guarantee an exact date of arrival, we can only give you an estimate. Please note that due to most items arriving from overseas there is often a hold up and this is why we cannot provide you with an exact date of arrival.
