We understand at Wolfe and Ordnance that you want your order fast! That's why we offer the following delivery methods. 

IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER BEFORE 3PM, IT WILL BE SENT THAT AFTERNOON.   

Australia – Orders over $100 AUD – FREE Express Shipping  

Free shipping within Australia - Aus delivery 1-2 business days - Metro (excludes weekends and public holidays). Next day shipping for order's placed before 1pm (AEST).

    • Australia – Standard Shipping $9.95 Aus delivery 2-6 business days depending on lodgement and destination points.
    • Australia – Express Shipping $12.95 Aus delivery 1-2 business days depending on lodgement and destination points.

 

New Zealand – $20 - Australia Post Express Shipping in New Zealand

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

How to track the status of your order - Once your product is packed and dispatched we will send you an email, with a unique tracking code and a link for you to track how far away your order is to your door. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9-5pm.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are shipped within 24hrs of receiving an order.
  • The delivery times provided are estimates only.
  • Please ensure a street address and phone number is supplied. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Wolfe and Ordnance can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
  • Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service immediately.
  • All local customs, import duties and fees are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Wolfe and Ordnance will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Wolfe and Ordnance will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
